The bias cut is a dressmaking technique where fabric is cut at a 45-degree angle to the weave, rather than the straight or cross-grain, to exploit the fabric's natural stretch and fluidity. good vintage condition there are only some unevenness in the fabric in some places reflected in the price hand wash with similar colours (do not wring or twist) or dry cleaning
