The bias cut is a dressmaking technique where fabric is cut at a 45-degree angle to the weave, rather than the straight or cross-grain, to exploit the fabric's natural stretch and fluidity. This diagonal cutting allows the material to drape smoothly and hug the body's curves, resulting in a more flattering and often "slinky" silhouette.
good vintage condition there are only some unevenness in the fabric in some places see the last photo / reflected in the price hand wash with similar colours (do not wring or twist) or dry cleaning
